Courtyard By Marriott Springfield Airport Hotel

The room was nice, but hearing the trucks downshifting outside was charming in an awful way, an experience I would call lovely, yet not in a good way. Oh, and the breakfast was nothing but dry muffins, what a glorious letdown for what I thought was a premium hotel. I expected better treatment at this price. Wow, just wow.

After a long travel day, it was such a relief to find my room was super cozy and clean. I loved the heated swimming pool and the leisure room where I could chill out for a bit. The TV didn't have any signal, but that was a minor hiccup in an otherwise pleasant stay 😊

We really enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. This was a beautiful and absolutely great property with a nice pool. Marvellous location close to the airport was a plus. It was also really close to the airports and Springfield for a wedding w/other family members & friends and trucks. The staff was courteous and nice, everything was spotless.

The hotel is well-decorated and super clean. I really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, made my arrival seamless. The room included helpful amenities like a refrigerator and microwave.

There were some noise issues from doors slamming at night.

The room had a comfortable king bed and great amenities. On the downside, the AC unit was quite noisy and didn't turn off, which detracted from the experience. The restaurant service was slow, leading to several order errors . Although the food was good, especially the pasta, the overall dining experience could use improvement.

The only mirror in the room was the one above the sink - and I guess the bulb was going out. The first day I thought it was a 40 watt bulb; the second day it was more like a night light. I had to stay an extra night because I spent the second night and the day after in the ER of a local hospital and got no sleep. I thought they might make some special deal on that extra day. They did all right - they charged me $10 more than for the first two nights. Absolutely no concept of customer service. The man child at the counter just shook his head up and down no matter what I said and never once uttered anything close to "I'm sorry" or "I apologize."

Front desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful!

We were charged more for our room than what we booked at we were already gone before I noticed. Also housekeeping came to our room 3 times before check out time.

Totally recommend for a brief stopover

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the free airport shuttle made my late-night arrival seamless and the cozy bar area offered a nice spot to unwind and grab a bite before bed.

Couldn't stay longer.

I Was meet at the airport promptly after phoning the hotel. This was very important after a long flight. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Cozy bed

Not particularly excited about the $75 pet fee especially when checking with other hotels near by that don't even charge a fee. The a/c in the room made a loud noise when you tuned it on and not a normal one... Like it lost a muffler
